چکیده
Migration is a known phenomenon defined as the partitioning of certain chemical compounds from plastic food packaging into and has been intensely investigated in recent years. Due to outstanding physical properties plastics are used many fields. Polypropylene polyethylene extensively polymers because their resistance, high tensile strength low density. To improve plastics, additives such plasticizers, stabilizers, antioxidants, lubricants, pigments others required be added. However, they can migrate contaminate it during production or storage. Therefore, aim this study was investigate commercial polypropylene packages determine what most often degradation products food. After initial identification by Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry, determination cadmium, chromium, lead mercury carried out atomic absorption spectrophotometry. evaluate possible volatile semi-volatile organic thermal desorption gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry used. The results revealing presence different potential metals emitted process types contact materials discussed.
